Ronald Wathan2023-11-26THINK TWICE before you pick anyone other than Bruce Concrete Coatings for your epoxy flooring needs. Sean arrived promptly at the time scheduled to look at the job and provide a quote. I started by explaining what I didn't want using a previously epoxied floor done by supposed "garage floor experts" as an example (more on that later). Sean and Matthew arrived as scheduled to epoxy my basement / garage floor. When complete the space was completely transformed. The texture of finish was as expected and we were very pleased with the final product. About the example I used to explain what I didn't want as the texture of the new floor, this was completed about 3 years ago and the texture was extremely rough and was hard to clean. The installer came to apply a second topcoat, but found the waterstains on the floor could not be cleaned off. They completely redid the epoxy, but still it was a rough texture that was difficult to clean, this whole process took more than a year and a half. Sean agreed to sand and apply a new topcoat. In the process of prepping he found that some of the waterstains would not clean off. He was able to put new flake on the stained areas to hide them. The finish is now as expected. We are very pleased with the service and quality of craftsmanship from Bruce Concrete Coatings.
